Three module Acrylic bending machine is our latest design high efficiency acrylic bending machine. Compared with the classic design BEL-700A/1300A, this new model equips with three independent heating module&heating rods, which enables to process plates at same time. With chain design, the distance between every heating module can be adjusted easily, to satisfy the different requirement of the size, enhance the using experience.

Simultaneous heating, higher efficiency
There are three heating modules, you can choose to work at the same time and heat together, and the acrylic plate can be formed at one time, which can speed up the processing speed of products and improve work efficiency.

Length Position

Independent Switch
Each heating tubes is controlled by an independent switch, and can be heated together or separately.
Power Supply Chain
The wire insulation is hidden in the drag chain and will not be damaged due to frequent dragging, ensuring the safety of electricity use.
Optical Axis Guide Rail
The movement is smooth, and the heating module spacing can be adjusted accurately to meet the requirements of different sizes.
Power Supply Plug
Equipment plug: The power of the three-stage heating bending machine is too big, and standard are standard thick cables and air switches suitable for high-power electrical appliances (leakage protection circuit breaker).
*In addition to the individual switches for each heating, a main heating switch is also added to the equipment.
Water pump plug: Standard 2-head flat plug (European and British regulations can be selected for export, confirm when placing an order)
Cooling System
- 703 comes standard with 1 water pump, 1303 comes standard with 3 water pumps.
- Function: Cool the bending machine with water circulation, so that the plate is not affected by the extension heat next to the heating pipe when it is heated. On the other hand, it can also prolong the service life of the machine.
- Special instructions: When the configured water circulation system has a heavy workload or is used for a long time, when the water temperature rises to N50°C, please replace the water source.
